How it started

Greetly was founded to solve a simple but pressing problem: the outdated, manual ways organizations were managing visitors. In an era of automation, workplaces were still relying on paper logbooks and front desk inefficiencies that posed risks to security, compliance, and the guest experience.

Founder and CEO Dave Milliken, with experience at MillerCoors, LVMH, and Smashburger, created Greetly to transform the visitor check-in experience. From the beginning, the platform was built to automate and modernize the check-in process, streamline compliance with logs, NDAs, and safety workflows, and give each client full control over branding and visitor flows.

Early adopters included co-working spaces, tech startups, and growing enterprises drawn by Greetly’s speed to value and high configurability.
